The Brooklyn Book Festival kicks off

The Brooklyn Book Festival is here. Nine days of events lead up to the big Festival Day Sept. 27 at Brooklyn Borough Hall. There will be author discussions on eight stages and a literary marketplace with more than 200 publishers. Co-founder Johnny Temple is the publisher of Brooklyn-based Akashic Books. He joins Weekend Edition host David Furst for a full festival preview.
