In Season: AAPI owned and operated farms

There are some Asian American and Pacific Islander-owned and operated farms at market that selling heritage goods at local markets. Amelia Tarpey, Program and Publicity Manager for GrowNYC Greenmarkets, said you can find things like Akita Komachi rice, fresh pressed tofu, and varieties of Kimchi.
