Rusnak is responsible for the overall financial stewardship of the nonprofit multimedia organization. This includes the management of operating budgets for all brands and productions, as well as organization-wide financial reporting, financial planning and asset management.  Rusnak was responsible for the build-out of the organization’s 75,000 square foot facility including The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space in 2009.  Rusnak joined New York Public Radio in 2003 as Director of Finance.

Prior to this, Rusnak served as Vice President of Finance at ACTV, Inc., a publicly-held digital media company where she oversaw the internal financial operations and external SEC reporting of the organization until the company was purchased in 2003.  Rusnak began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP where she served initially in the Attestation Division, managing financial statement audits for large and medium-sized publicly-held  and privately-held companies and later in the Business Consulting Division, focusing on the restructure of financial processes and organizations and the implementation of ERP systems. 

Rusnak earned a B.S. from Boston College in both Accounting and Information Systems and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.  She is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
