iceage
"Broken Bone"
Playing Saturday at 285 Kent Ave. (285 Kent Ave., Williamsburg)
Info: Tickets ($10 at the door) | Directions

These post-punk, goth, hardcore kids are all right. Hailing from Copenhagen, Denmark, the four punk-rocking 18- and 19-year-old teenagers behind iceage (sans capital “i”) are musically beyond their tender ages. They've already released their debut album called New Brigade (on June 21). But you'll only get to hear the band play live stateside at Saturday night’s show at 285 Kent Ave, which wraps up the band’s first ever visit to the U.S.

If you're booked this weekend, never fear. iceage already has plans to come back to America. But first, it's back home for Demark’s Roskilde Festival and to finish up a year of high school. You can download the track “Broken Bone” here and watch the video below for the album's first single and title track.
