Fracking Ban Over?

New York's Department of Environmental Conservation has recommended that the moratorium on hydraulic fracturing be lifted outside of state-owned land, the NYC and Syracuse watersheds and within 500 feet of primary acquifers statewide. David Gahl, policy director of Environmental Advocates of New York, discusses the recommendation and the ongoing fracking controversy.
