The streaming-music service Spotify announced yesterday that it will launch in the U.S., but did not specify a date. Paul Resnikoff of Digital Music News tells us about this much-touted tool, which 10 million people in Europe are already using. Plus: a music site that Americans are hoarding for themselves.
