Lawrence Weschler on Tricks of the Trade
Studio 360 | Sep 24, 2011
Kurt Andersen and writer Lawrence Weschler talk about the sometimes-secret techniques that make art appealing.Â
Weschler is a former staff writer for The New Yorker, and the author of many books, including Boggs: A Comedy of Values, Calamity of Exiles, and Mr. Wilson's Cabinet of Wonder. He is also director of the New York Institute of the Humanities at New York University. Weschler's new book on the conceptual artist Robert Irwin will be published later this year.
