The Supreme Court hears arguments today that the FCC's on-air indecency fines violate the U.S. Constitution – and the resulting decision could have a major impact on radio and TV broadcasters. Today, New York Times media reporter Brian Stelter joins us to discuss the events that have led up to the case (FCC v. Fox Television Stations) and the potential for primetime profanity ahead.
