A new novel follows the story of a young graduate student caught in a toxic affair with an older artist named Paul in the south of France. Author Daisy Lafarge based the story on Paul Gauguin's time in Tahiti. She joins us to discuss the novel, titled Paul, as part of our series spotlighting debut novelists, 2022 Debuts.
