Iconoclasts

Soundcheck | May 3, 2010
Starting his career as a critic with a column for the Village Voice, the rest is history for Greg Sandow. Now a Wall Street Journal critic, Sandow joins John in the Soundcheck studio to tell us what’s on his rather opinionated mind lately. Also, the Fireworks Ensemble is holding their season finale at Washington Square Church, though you’re just as likely to find them at a downtown club playing classical arrangements of Pink Floyd. They drop by to discuss their newest attempts to make “serious” music more accessible.
