Reggaeton is arguably the hottest Latin music phenomenon to hit the radio waves. A fusion of Jamaican reggae with hip-hop and Spanglish lyrics, it's showing no signs of fading. But with all the hype, there are very few hit artists. Today, a closer look at who stands out in the genre.
