Meanwhile, New Jersey's PNC Bank Arts Center has begun adding a $6 parking charge per ticket -- not per vehicle. Jim Farber of the New York Daily News and Gary Bongiovanni of the concert-industry magazine Pollstar tell us about these new wrinkles in the price of concert tickets.
