The Harlem Quartet

The Harlem Quartet is a product of the Sphinx Organization, which was founded to encourage greater participation in classical music by African-Americans and Latinos. Today, the group performs music of Billy Strayhorn and Wynton Marsalis, and talks about efforts to diversify the classical music field.
