After he nearly died in the Korean War, Congressman Charles Rangel says that he lost his right to complain about anything again in life. That attitude has probably helped him survive more than 35 years in politics. His new memoir is And I Haven't Had a Bad Day Since: From the Streets of Harlem to the Halls of Congress.
