Bold, Cautious, True

Neil Watson, Executive Director of the Katonah Museum of Art, and Kevin Sharp, Executive Director of the Dixon Gallery & Gardens, discuss the exhibition "Bold, Cautious, True: Walt Whitman and American Art of the Civil War Era," at the Katonah Museum of Art through January 24. The exhibition features the work of some of the most important American artists of the mid-19th century, including Frederic E. Church, Sanford Gifford, Winslow Homer, Eastman Johnson, John Frederick Kensett, and Worthington Whittredge.
