May marks the 45th anniversary of “Doctor Zhivago,” David Lean’s romantic epic film, adapted from Boris Pasternak’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel. Rita Tushingham, who played Lara and Zhivago’s daughter Tonya Komarovskaya, talks about making the film, its legacy, and its state-of-the-art restoration.
