Pop and rock songs from unusual sources. Amy Denio is a very difficult to categorize songwriter, but she always has something significant to say, as in the tune "When George Bush Was Head Of The CIA." Patrick Grant, founder and artistic director of the new-music organization sTRANGEmUSIC, is represented by "The Weight of Numbers." We also hear songs by Derek Bermel, the Latin Playboys, and Eyvind Kang.
