Among these works from the 1980s is "Prayer for Jimbo Kwesi" from the Art Ensemble of Chicago and "When I Go Up (I Feel Like Shouting)" from Lights In a Fat City. Also, hear "Open Window" by Bobby Previte and "Ramayana" by The Ordinaires. Plus a trio of vibes, bass and drums with Karl Berger Dave Holland, and Ed Blackwell, with a piece called "Dakar Dance." And more.
