Investigation Finds NYC Hospitals Underreport Problems

Hospitals in New York City report fewer adverse incidents to health authorities than others around the state. That could mean they’re safer, but a recent investigation by the New York Daily News suggests these hospitals are just reporting problems less often than others. Daily News reporter Greg Smith led the investigative team, and joined us to discuss it.
