Climate Change Conference Discusses Congestion Pricing

Officials from cities around the globe are here to talk about climate change, and various strategies to fight it, but the buzz this morning was on congestion pricing. WNYC’s Beth Fertig attended a panel discussion featuring the Mayor of London. His city's program of charging drivers to enter central London caught the eye of Mayor Bloomberg, who wants to replicate the idea here. Beth speaks with WNYC’s “All Things Considered” host Amy Eddings.
