Funerals Scheduled for Auxiliary Cops

Funeral arrangements have been set for the 2 volunteer police officers killed after confronting a gunman on a Greenwich Village street on Wednesday night.

Auxiliary Officer Nicholas Todd Pekearo is to be remembered at a viewing today and a service tomorrow at a Manhattan funeral home. Auxiliary Officer Eugene Marshalik will be mourned at a visitation tomorrow and a service Sunday at a funeral home in Brooklyn.

City officials say the 2 auxiliary officers will get full police honors at their funerals and Mayor Michael Bloomberg is expected to speak at both.
