Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah Healy is promising to file criminal charges against the police involved in his arrest this past weekend outside a Jersey shore bar owned by his sister. Julie Walker reports...

REPORTER: Jerramiah Healy says he "did absolutely nothing wrong." The Jersey City mayor says he was thrown to the ground and maced by Bradley Beach police after he tried to break up a domestic dispute as he was leaving "Barry's Tavern." around 2 AM Saturday morning. Healy says his wife was also roughed up and has bruises and an injured finger.

A police spokesman says Healy interfered in an investigation and ignored warnings that he would be arrested if he did not leave. He is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Healy faces up to six months in jail and $2,000 in fines if convicted.
