A sixth person has been charged for stealing money from the Roslyn school district where more than $11-million was reported stolen over several years. Prosecutors say John McCormick, of Center Moriches was arrested for allegedly stealing $85-thousand from the district.

McCormick is the son of Pamela Gluckin the district's former assistant superintendent for business. Nassau County District Attorney Denis Dillon says McCormick is accused of using the district's Home Depot credit card to buy supplies for his business as a contractor.

The prosecutor says that Gluckin initially gave her son the card to make purchases for home improvements on her home. McCormick has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors say as many as 25 people may eventually be arrested in the scandal.
