What have you read or seen lately (book, play, film, etc.) that moved or surprised you?

A hiphop collaboration between some of the local, disadvantaged youth in the town where I live (Hobart, Tasmania) – refugees from Sudan; kids with drugs and homelessness issues, etc. – and the Tamsania Symphony Orchestra.  Blown away by the lyrics (i.e. the stories) of these kids and the complexity of the musical scoring.  Passionate and powerful and a great project overseen by the local theatre company, Rickstart Arts.
