A new leader for NJ Transit

Change is underway at NJ Transit. The agency's longtime CEO Kevin Corbett is stepping down from his position. And he's being replaced by an official with a long record of working on the Garden State's transportation issues, who is also tied to the criminal indictment of South Jersey political boss George Norcross.
