After Pantaleo Firing, Much Remains Unresolved

On Monday, after five long years or acrimony and debate, the NYPD fired Officer Daniel Pantaleo for his role in the death of Eric Garner, but much about the case remains unresolved. Pantaleo says he plans to sue the city to get his job back, while the Garner family wants other officer involved in the incident to be disciplined. The police union is raising the prospect of a work slow-down, while Mayor Bill de Blasio wants to move on as he presses his presidential bid for the White House.
