Frampton Tolbert, creator of Queens Modern, a project that examines and documents the architecture 20th century Queens architecture, explains his project. Leila Bozorg, deputy commissioner for neighborhood strategies at NYC's Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and Hayes Slade, president of the American Institute of Architects and a principal of Slade Architecture, join us to discuss the Big Ideas for Small Lots NYC Housing Design Competition.
