American Symphony Orchestra: Jazz Ensemble at Bryant Park (IN PERSON and Live Stream)
May 10-11, 5:30PM EDT, Limited socially distanced seating available on a first come, first served basis
Or watch via Facebook Live

The American Symphony Orchestra mostly does classical music, but their musicians are capable of playing in a lot of different styles. On Monday and Tuesday evenings, May 10-11, at Bryant Park, they’re offering a free program of jazz played by a quintet drawn from the orchestra’s ranks. They’ll play music by Gershwin, Charles Mingus, Duke Ellington, and a favorite from Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story -"Cool." Events are free but the live audience is limited; they’ll also be streaming the concert online via Facebook Live.
