The "Best Photo On Your Phone Contest" is an annual tradition for WNYC's Brian Lehrer Show. Every year, listeners are invited to share their best photo from the year that's sitting on their phone. After sorting through more than 700 submissions, Brian joined All Things Considered host Sean Carlson to discuss this year's three winners and the themes he and the guest judges picked out from the crowd.
