NJ Governor Sherrill: Our election is secutre.

Ask Governor Sherrill | Oct 27

New Jersey voters go to the polls in just one week. New Jersey Gov. Sherrill says when they do, the thousands of noncitizens who were improperly added to voter rolls in 2023 and 2024 because of a software issue disclosed this summer won't be on the voter rolls.

She says her administration is still looking into the problem, but has taken steps to make sure it doesn't repeat.

And the governor says New Jersey will be ready to fight election challenges by the Trump administration if necessary, as the president vows to sent 1,000 election monitors to all 50 states.
