Ariel Dorfman's Novel of Human Zoos and Haunted Polaroids

Award-winning Latin American writer Ariel Dorfman discusses his new novel Darwin's Ghosts. It tells the story of a man whose distant past comes to haunt him, leading him to uncover his ancestors' involvement in the sordid story behind 19th century human zoos in Europe.

Dorfman will give a reading on May 3 at 7 pm at the Upper West Side Barnes & Noble (Broadway at 82nd Street).
