Director Marilyn Ness joins us to discuss her new documentary, "Charm City." She is joined by Clayton Guyton, one of the men featured in the film. Baltimore is a city that must face regular shootings and in which the murder rate is approaching an all-time high.Filmed over three tumultuous years covering the lead up to, and aftermath of, Freddie Gray’s death in police custody, the documentary is an intimate cinema verité portrait of those living in the vibrant city they call home.
