Buildings, Pollution and the Adams Administration

A law that would dramatically limit pollution emitted from New York City buildings was passed in 2019. Pete Sikora, climate and inequality campaigns director at New York Communities for Change (NYCC), argues it's unclear whether the Adams administration will do what's needed to actually enact and enforce the law.
