Lea Berman, who served as White House Social Secretary from 2004–2007, was Chief of Staff to Second Lady Lynne Cheney from 2002–2003, and Jeremy Bernard, who served as the White House Social Secretary under President Obama, talk about their new book Treating People Well: The Extraordinary Power of Civility at Work and in Life. They offer advice for feeling more at ease in social settings, from getting along more easily with others, to how to cooperate with your boss and coworkers.
