Michael Morell, recently retired deputy director of the Central Intelligence Agency and the author of The Great War of Our Time: The CIA's Fight Against Terrorism--From al Qa'ida to ISIS (Twelve, 2015), talks about the continuing threat from terrorism and shares insights from his role advising Presidents Bush and Obama and back-channel negotiations during the Arab Spring.
