At 2pm on Wednesday, the Mayor and the Governor both approached the podium at a press conference. Who spoke first?

It's not meant to be a riddle, really. The fact is, Mayor de Blasio and Governor Cuomo held simultaneous but separate press conferences yesterday, addressing homelessness initiatives, minimum wage, and the possibility of renovating Penn Station.

WNYC transportation reporter Kate Hinds and WNYC's City Hall and politics reporter Brigid Bergin report back from Mayor de Blasio and Governor Cuomo's dueling press conferences and their respective proposals.
