A Closer Look At Biden's $2 Trillion Plan For Infrastructure And Energy

Four years ago, the Trump's administration made big promises on infrastructure. It pledged to prioritize the Gateway project and fund needed repairs to the link between New York and New Jersey, but the administration later reversed course. 

Joe Biden has proposed spending $2 trillion on infrastructure, ranging from roads, bridges and tunnels to transit and green energy, if elected president. He's also praised the Gateway project in the past. But how realistic is his proposal? Bloomberg CityLab reporter Laura Bliss talked to WNYC's Sean Carlson about the details of Biden's plan, including how he might pay for it.
