Corridor is a band from Montreal that plays an often arty, restrained brand of indie rock, sometimes tinged with psychedelia. Recently expanded to a quintet, their signature sounds are crisp guitar lines, surprising keyboard interventions, and most important of all, vocals done entirely in French. Fun fact, their latest album, Mimi, is named after guitarist and vocalist Jonathan Robert's cat. An influential group on Montreal’s vibrant music scene and signed to Sub Pop Records, Corridor is making an appearance here in New York on April 15 at Elsewhere Zone One.
