David Byrne - Toe Jam (Weekly Music Roundup)

David Byrne has just released an EP of songs recorded during this tour this year – specifically during his concert at Brooklyn’s Kings Theater. The EP is called The Best Live Show of All Time"—and that’s not David Byrne talking; that what the tastemaking British magazine NME called his tour. The EP includes 3 songs from Byrne’s 2018 album, American Utopia, as well as a couple of his old Talking Heads songs, and this fun number called "Toe Jam" that he wrote back in 2008 with the leading British rapper Dizzie Rascal. This version was recorded live at Brooklyn’s Kings Theater and is part of our Weekly Music Roundup.
