After the GOP presidential debate, Donald Trump lashed out at one of the moderators, Megyn Kelly.

Gabriel Sherman, National affairs editor at New York Magazine and the author of The Loudest Voice in the Room: How the Brilliant, Bombastic Roger Ailes Built Fox News--and Divided a Country (Random House, 2014), reports that the head of Fox News, Roger Ailes, chose to make nice with Trump over defending his star anchor.
