Online Shipping Takes Center Stage

The Leonard Lopate Show | Jul 5, 2017

Playwright Abe Koogler joins us to discuss his new play, “Fulfillment Center,” along with Deirdre O’Connell who stars in it. Set in the New Mexico desert, O’Connell plays a down-on-her-luck folk singer who takes a job at a giant online retailer's shipping center. Her young manager struggles to connect with his girlfriend newly relocated from New York. And a drifter living at a local campground dangerously links them all.

The run has been extended through Sunday, July 16th at the Studio at Stage II, Manhattan Theatre Club’s initiative at New York City Center – Stage II (131 West 55th Street). Click here for more information.
