Penelope Houston‘s recently revitalized, legendary first-wave punk band The Avengers play their first-ever Brooklyn show at the Bell House, $18 advance tickets are required. One of the first hugely influential female-front punk bands, The Avengers played with the Sex Pistols, X and the Dead Kennedys. If this doesn’t sell out, something’s seriously wrong with this city.
