One of the leading bands on the insurgent Brooklyn music scene back in aughts, TV On The Radio, has become one of the indie music scene’s most interesting groups. But they’re not the easiest to see – the band members all have busy solo careers and TV On The Radio doesn’t tour as much as fans might like. But TV On The Radio are part of the 3-day Meadows Music Festival at Citi Field next weekend, Friday through Sunday.
