Cuomo's Counsel on the Legality of Countering the Israel Boycott

Alphonso David, counsel to the governor, defends the constitutionality of Cuomo's executive order prohibiting the state from doing business with any companies that boycott Israel. He also discusses the governor's plan to limit the effects of Citizens United.
