Peter Waldman and Kartikay Mehrotra discuss their article for Bloomberg BusinessweekAmerica’s Worst Graveyard Shift Is Grinding Up Workers.” The article looks at the safety of third shift workers at meatpacking plants who work on cleaning crews.
