Is There a Facebook Without Mark Zuckerberg?

Midday on WNYC | Apr 10, 2018

Felix Salmon, Ideas contributor for WIRED and host of the Slate Money podcast, discusses his recent piece for WIRED: “The Case for a Zucker-Free Facebook." He argues that in light of the data breach and scandals at Facebook, CEO Mark Zuckerberg should resign, or at least “sketch out a new path for Facebook, one that puts users first, rather than advertisers and developers.”

We’ll also hear from our listeners. Close to a billion people have given Facebook their personal data. Given the recent data breaches, what’s it going to take for people to walk away from Facebook or stop using it altogether?

This segment is guest hosted by Kai Wright.
