An Inside Look at "Making a Murderer"

Attorney Jerome Buting joins us to discuss his book Illusion of Justice: Inside Making a Murderer and America's Broken System. Buting served as co-counsel for the defense in Steven A. Avery vs. State of Wisconsin, the trial made famous by the Netflix series “Making a Murderer.” Buting gives a firsthand account of the trial, and argues that shoddy police work, bias, and false evidence led to a guilty verdict.
