Judge Rules In Favor of Charter Schools Seeking Access to City Testing Program

The city has been testing a sample of students and staff at each traditional public school weekly. But it has refused to extend the program to charters. A judge has ruled in favor of charters, but the education department argues the charters can use free state test kits, and will appeal the decision.
