The month of March marks 220 years since the Garifuna people were exiled from St. Vincent and resettled in Central and Northern America. The South Bronx is now home to the largest community outside of the Caribbean, with more than 100,000 Garifuna people. Pablo Blanco, community organizer, discusses Garifuna history and culture.
