The jury selection of two very different murder trials is underway. Elie Mystal, justice correspondent for The Nation, joins to discuss both the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, accused of killing two people and wounding a third during a Black Lives Matter protest in Wisconsin, and the trial of three white men accused of killing Ahmaud Arbery, a Black man who was jogging in Georgia.
